I send duplicated detailed written quotations for all work, and require written confirmation of acceptance before commencement of work.  Quotations are free of charge locally, however I do charge when required to travel some distance.  Your furniture will be collected from you and returned back in a purposely converted vehicle where it will be securely anchored.
